Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 24–48 business hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

 

Returns

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
